Mr. Ray is a proven Leader, Entrepreneur and Advisor. He has an outstanding record of success in the military, government service and business ventures.

Selected as a White House Fellow in 1974 under President Ford, Mr. Ray also served our government in one of the most complex federal agencies, Veterans Affairs (VA), as Assistant Secretary under President George Bush, Sr.

Mr. Ray's many successful business ventures include co-founding MedicaSoft, a provider of cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant software solutions and health information technology services, where he is still active.
